Roast beef is great because there are usually leftovers. If you saw my last post it was how to cook a roast rib of beef. This one is for the next day, something simple and quick.
- Leftover Roast Beef
- 1 Nest of Noodles
- 20ml Soy Sauce
Cut a couple of slices of roast beef into slices and then in a wok stir fry them until they are nicely crispy. While the beef cooks in a bowl of boiling water microwave the noodles for one minute.
Drain the noodles and add to the beef followed by the soy sauce, stir fry for about a minute before transferring to a bowl and tucking in.
