BBQ Pork

For when you need to indulge for me there is only one flavour and that flavour is BBQ. It hits all the right spots and is definitely up there with my favourite comfort foods.

  • 1 Pork Chop
  • BBQ Rub Spice Mix
  • 30g Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Brioche Bun
  • Red’s Kansas City BBQ Sauce

There isn’t much to this one to be fair. De-bone and thinly slice the pork chop and then coat in the spice rub. In a large pan on a high heat stir fry the pork until crispy.

Slice the bun and grate the cheese, smother one side in the BBQ sauce and once the pork is donw put it on the non BBQ sauce side.  Top with the cheese and stick it under the grill to melt the cheese. Top the saucy lid and you are good to go.
