Leftovers are the best thing, I had some left over bolognaise to use up for this, you can find the recipe here!
- Leftover Bolognaise
- 4 Lasgna Sheets
- 3 Cheddar Slices
There is really nothing to this dish. In some boiling slated water, cook the lasgane sheets until they are all bendy. In an oven proof dish, layer the bolognaise and lasgne sheets. Stick in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c and then for another 5 minutes top the with the cheese slices. No need to faff with a bechamel here. Once the cheese has melted you are good to go.
