Portly Cooks | Teriyaki Chicken Udon

Teriyaki Udon

Udon noodles have to be my favourite kind of noodle, and mixed with some Sriracha Teriyaki Chicken, for me at least it’s heaven in a bowl.

  • 1 Packet Amoy Straight to Wok Noodles
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 50ml Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 20g Honey
  • 20g Sriracha
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • Handful of fresh Rocket

In a bowl mix together the garlic, soy sauce, sriracha and honey. Next, cut the chicken into small strips, you may need to cut the chicken breast in half first.

Heat a wok or large pan and in a little oil stir fry the chicken. Once cooked, add the noodles and then little by little, allowing the the teriyaki to reduce each time, add the sauce mixture.

Once the noodles and chicken are nicely coated add the rocket and give it a good stir. Put it in a bowl and grab some chop sticks.
