In a bid to find something different to have for breakfast and also constantly being told ‘You should eat breakfast you know…’ I thought I’d try this.
- 5 King Prawns, Peeled
- 90g Samphire
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp oil
In a bowl mix together the paprika, garlic, salt and oil. Add the prawns and give them a good mix around so they are nicely coated. Heat a frying pan and while that’s warming up, finely chop the samphire.
Once hot add the prawns to pan and cook for about 2 minutes on either side. Remove the prawns and let them rest and add the samphire to the pan with a splash of water, and give it all a good mix around. Finally put it all in a bowl and that’s it.
