Lamb in Pita

We’ve all stood swaying slightly waiting for a Kebab at god knows o’clock. Why should Lamb in Pita only be reserved for that time? Drenched in chilli sauce in a bid to try and stave off the inevitable hangover, it doesn’t have to be like this, so here is my go.

  • 1 Lamb Leg Steak
  • 1 tsp Swartz Cajun Seasoning
  • Handful of Salad Leaves
  • 1 Pita
  • Mayonnaise (optional)

There isn’t much to this to be honest. Cut the lamb into thin strips and then in a hot pan stir fry along with the cajun seasoning.

While that’s cracking on, warm the pita in the microwave for abour 30 seconds and rhen cut open and stuff with the salad leaves. Finally add the lamb and top with the mayonnaise. That really is it… Simple no?
