It’s the middle of the week, you don;t really feel like cooking… you want some fast food.
Mussels are your answer! These ones are from the north Norfolk coast at Brancaster.
- Mussels 1kg per person
Get yourself a pan big enough to fit all of the mussels. Make sure you give the mussels and rinse in the sink and have de-bearded them. Heat the pan and then add the mussels. Cook for about 3 minutes until the mussels bubble over. Don’t add any extra water to the mussels, they hold enough moisture themselves to steam open. Finally, drain them and tuck in!
