This is another one of those, ‘What can I make from this?’ recipes.
- 50g Pancetta
- 50g Blue Cheese
- 1 Field Mushroom
- 50ml Creme Fraiche
- 75g Linguine
- Handful of Rocket
Start off by cooking the pasta until aldente, drain and leave to one side. In a pan or wok, fry the pancetta for a couple of minutes. Next add the mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the linguine to the mushrooms and pancetta and stir fry for about a minute. Finally add the creme fraiche and crumble the blue cheese into the mixture, stir to make sure everything is covered and serve.
