There’s kind of two parts to this one. The first is getting everything cooked, the second taking the chicken from regular to Buffalo.
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 burger bun
- Tenderstem brocolli
- Franks red hot buffalo sauce
Pre-heat your oven to about 180c and at the same time heat a griddle pan until its searingly hot.
Once hot, cooked the chicken breast on either side for around 3 mintutes making sure you get some decent bars marks. Once done transfer the chicken to a baking tray, cover in buffalo sauce and bake in the oven for 5 mins while you sort out the vegetables.
For the chips its up to you, personally i have a deep fryer and as such like to have my chips crunchy and hot from the fryer. You can though use oven chips or even replace the chips entirely for something slightly healthier… but hey where the fun in that?
Once you’ve got everything together, stick the chicken in the bun, plate the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
