Sometimes it’s best to keep things simple. This one doesn’t get much simpler, It’s my go to when I have some mince that needs using up.
- 250g Minced Beef
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- Garlic powder
- Seasoning
- 2 slices Blue Cheese
- 2 Brioche Buns
In a bowl mix together the mince, onion, garlic powder and seasoning. Make sure you get your hands in there and give it a really good mix together. Once you’ve done that form the meat into patties either roughly with your hands or using a burger cutter. Chill in the fridge for at least half an hour. Then either griddle them, fry them or bbq them, finally put the blue cheese on top, wait for it to melt and stick the burgers in the brioche buns.
