Need something quick and mega tasty for your dinner? Look no further than the Tuna Slider! It is literally 3 ingredients and takes about a minute to cook, shove it in a brioche bun and you have yourself a winner!
- 250g Tuna
- ½ white onion
- 15ml Kikkoman Soy Sauce
You can do this the easy way or the hard way. The hard way is to finely mince the tuna using a knife and then do the same with the onion and mix them with the soy sauce. The easy way, chuck it all in a food processor and blitz it until it resembles beef mince.
Now you need to form your patties, I used an ice cream sandwich maker because I dont have a burger press. Although, if you have neither, cut out circles of greaseproof paper and use the top of a jar of peanut butter or nutella.
You should get about 4 patties from this recipe, all that left to do with them is grill, pan fry and even BBQ them, whatever you fancy doing, enjoy!
