Super simple and super easy, when I do actually have breakfast when I’m at home, eggs are a big feature. This one is one of my favourites for a quick and easy start to the day.
- 2 eggs
- 1 sandwich thin
- Splash of vinegar
- Water
- Franks Red Hot Sauce
Not a lot to say to be honest, poach the eggs in the water and vinegar, toast the sandwich thin, once cooked put the eggs on the sandwich thin and top with the hot sauce. Breakfast is served.
