Sometimes it’s better to keep it simple rather than try and make something exciting and fiddly. This couldn’t be much simpler. For the Tuna, season it well on both sides and pan fry on a high heat for about 2 minutes either side. You’re going to want it to remain pink on the inside. For the vegetables, thinly slice the red pepper and shred the cabbage. Then in wok with a little butter cook the cabbage and the peppers, just before its ready drizzle with some soy sauce and you’ve got dinner.
