Carrying on from last time with the Oreo Cheesecake, I decided I would make another of my all time favourite desserts, Banoffee Pie. I honestly had no idea how easy it was to make this until a couple of years ago. I had always heard stories or boiling tins of condensed milk which to be honest sounds little dangerous, but now you can buy it
already made and have Banoffee Pie in minutes!! If you have a tin of the caramel in the cupboard this dessert really is super quick and also a crowd pleaser… so long as your crowd all like bananas.
- 1 packet Malted Milk Biscuits
- 1 tin of Carnation Caramel
- 50g Butter
- 1 Banana
Right then, start off melting the butter and blitzing your biscuits. That really is the hardest part of this recipe! Once you have your biscuit crumbs add them to the butter. Once it’s all mixed grab your Banoffee container (I used little pots to make little individual ones) and smooth the base down. Next, open the caramel and smother the base with it then finally chop your banana into slices and cover the top with them! There you have it, another super easy dessert.
