Salmon, it’s a wrap!

Salmon Wrap

Lunchtime, for me it’s all about flavour and simplicity. Here’s one that doesn’t get any simpler. It’s got just 4 ingredients.

  • 150g Honey Roast Hot Smoked Salmon
  • 2 tsp Portly Gourmet Sweet Chilli Relish
  • A handful of Rocket
  • 2 small Tortilla wraps.

First off the salmon, it’s hot smoked so the skin should just peel off the back of the fillet.  If it doesn’t get a knife and gently slide it along the skin under the flesh and you’ll be good to go.  Finely chop your salmon and together with the rocket and 1 tsp of the relish, stick it inside your wrap and enjoy!
