There is nothing better than a home-cooked pizza. I’m not a massive fan of the delivered version, but making your own is fantastic! For this one you do have to prove the dough but that’s only for 20 minutes. The results and flavour are wonderful!
For the dough
- 500g strong white flour
- 320ml Luke warm water
- 1 sachet dried yeast
- ½ tsp salt
For the Sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- ½ tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
For the topping, whatever you fancy!
