This baked cheese recipe is so very simple, if you’ve got guests you can enjoy their company and have this dish ready to go in under 10 minutes.
- 1 wheel soft cheese e.g. Camembert
- 1 tbsp Portly Gourmet Red Onion Chutney
- Some crusty bread for dipping
Start off by cutting a cross in the top of your chosen cheese, then in a medium oven bake it until it begins to melt. Put the Red Onion Chutney into the centre of the cheese and give it couple more minutes. Remove from the oven and serve!
