These wedges are simple to make and only use things from the store cupboard to make a tasty and satisfying side dish for a variety of Meat and Fish dishes! You will need:
- 2 potatoes cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1 sandwich bag
Once you have cut up the potatoes into wedges (2 potatoes normally give you around 16 wedges). In the sandwich bag add the oil the paprika and a generous amount of the salt and pepper. Then add the wedges and give them a good shake to ensure they are well covered. Then roast in the oven until crispy!
