Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Pinch of baking powder
- 4 sausages
Method
- First pinch the sausages in the centre and twist them to create 8 smaller sausages.
- Then place the sausages into a muffin pan, one sausage in each muffin section.
- Cook in the oven for around 5 minutes, in the meantime, mix the batter for your Yorkshire puddings.
- Once the sausages are partly cooked pour the batter over them until the muffin section is almost filled with the batter, return to the oven and cook until the Yorkshires have risen and are golden brown in colour
